Veolia Environmental Services Acquires Ecolocycle Inc

Baytown, TX - Veolia ES Industrial Services, Inc. recently announced that Veolia ES Canada Inc., has acquired Ecolocycle Inc., a waste oil and glycol recovery and recycling company located in Quebec. The acquisition will provide Veolia's industrial customers with a broader range of services throughout Eastern Canada where Ecolocycle currently has its operations.

Mike Rose, president and CEO of Veolia ES Industrial Services, Inc., commented on the strategic relevance of the deal. "This acquisition will complement Veolia's waste oil recovery and recycling operations in Canada and contribute to our growth strategy for North America," he stated. "It will also strengthen our market position within Canada as a total provider of industrial cleaning, waste recovery, recycle and reuse services, which is great news for our customers."

According to Rose, Veolia will seek to retain Ecolocycle's local employees and management. Additionally, customers will experience the same level of high-quality service as in the past. "We intend to grow and invest in Ecolocycle's offering and network all of our waste recycling operations into a unique offering for our customer base," he stated.
