Vredestein Rubber Recycling products are characterized by consistent quality. This is made possible by the two technologically highly advanced continuous recycling processes which have been in use since 1987. The processes consist of feed-in, pulverization, purification and regeneration, all of which are undertaken on the same production line. The processes were developed entirely by Vredestein Rubber Recycling, and have provided a solution to the demand for quality in the market. Cost price control was also given a great deal of attention in the development process. It means that today's customer can rely on consistent quality as well as extremely competitive prices.
The Vredestein Rubber Recycling products are divided into two main product groups: Ecorr® and Surcrum®. The Ecorr® product group consists of butyl and natural reclamates as well as the rubber powders.
Surcrum® is a rubber powder product which in terms of properties is placed between the reclamates and the powders of the Ecorr® group.
