Wastequip Accurate Receives Patent On Accu-Pak Vertical Compactors

ERIAL, NJ---Wastequip Accurate recently received a patent (#5,752,439) on its D-600 and D-800 Accu-Pak vertical compactors models. The Accu-Pak is the industry's only "field convertible" vertical waste compactor.

The Accu-Pak features a unique "4 in 1" all directional feed capability. The head can be rotated in the field for right, left, rear, or front feeding requirements. This vertical compaction system is specifically designed for limited space applications with a large 48" x 27 ½" door opening for easier loading and leak proof container for handling liquid or dry waste.

The Accu-Pak delivers a force of 28,300 PSI with 2,250 PSI pressure along with a 20-second cycle time. Standard features include key start, auto-cycling, triple safety interlocks, 5 horsepower tri-voltage motor, 4.3 GPM vane pump, 7 gallon reservoir, and automatic ram-drift protection.
