Weighing System

N/Aroute optimization and weight management) system provides management with accurate data time and weight to optimize the commercial front end load business. The data is collected using the Tech Cell 4000 scale system, stored in the on-board touch-screen computer that manages the driver's routes, and is transmitted to the base station in the dispatch office for reporting. Data can be transmitted from the truck to the base station using digital, wireless networks or through a docking station interface.

The system uses a patented weigh scale system featuring multi-axis weigh technology. It is designed to weigh accurately in motion. Load cells sample data in three directions to secure an accurate reading of the weight that is not affected by the angle of the terrain, shifting of the container when picked up by the truck, or driver manipulation during the lift cycle. The driver does not have to stop or slow down. To further ensure accuracy, the data is immediately converted to a digital signal to eliminate corruption due to outside electrical or mechanical interference. This product accounts for each individual lift, allowing haulers to combine municipal and commercial routes.
