Norton Environmental Equipment "hurrikan" Windsighter is for composting, waste wood recycling and construction waste treatment plants. The user inputs through a vibrating chute. The stainless steel chute is 980 mm x 1.290 mm, with an input width of 1.600 mm. This allows the machine to be used with any commercial screen with a discharge conveyor of up to 1.200 mm wide. The chute gradient is adjustable. The engine drive performance is 0,73 kW. A 7 kW radial blower creates a compressed air stream. The suction fan and blower have wear sheets and a specially developed blower rotor that prevents blocking. The height of the blower can be adjusted with a winch, to suit the material being processed. The suction fan swings open for maintenance. Other features include:
•Throughput up to 40 m³/hour
•Separation in excess of 90%
•Screening and separating in one operation
•Disposal of the interference matter fraction into every commercial container of up to 40 m³
•High concentration of the interference matter fraction in the container
•Hopper with perforated, hinged sides.
