The MT86 insertion type multipoint mass flow meter combines FCI's highly reliable thermal dispersion, no-moving parts flow element design with up to 16 flow sensing points while operating over a wide temperature range up to 850° F [454° C]. The electronics features continuous built-in testing and calibration adjustment to prevent signal drift.
This model is big enough to handle feeding jobs pouring out up to 12 tons per hr. It has many applications including controlled feeding to conveyor belts, grinders, packaging machines and more.
A special gel formulation of Ecosorb® odor eliminator topically caps material blocking odors from escaping into the atmosphere.
Sometimes, the end product can have its own odor issues that are simply unacceptable to the user or purchaser.
Similar in principle to atomization with a couple of key added benefits, vaporization provides an environmentally friendly option for the delivery of natural Ecosorb®. Unlike atomization, no water is used in the vaporization process, only undiluted Ecosorb. Through the vapor phase unit, pure Ecosorb® products are pumped through a perforated pipe distribution system, creating a dry vapor to eliminate airborne smells.
Throughout the atomization process, Ecosorb® odor eliminator is mixed with water, pumped through pipes/hoses and delivered via nozzles or fans to areas affected by odor. After the Ecosorb® droplets are dispersed into the air they neutralize odors on contact. The major advantage of atomization nozzle systems is the level of control they provide. Through various means of control, depending on system style and design, the volume of product dispersed can be regulated.
